I have a 64-bit system (most recent Windows 10 version), my computer is an ASUS Strix 17 GL703GE. I am very confused and do not know what to do, I solve one problem and create another. Even if I uninstall these drivers and open up the Audio Manager, there is no box to uncheck or check with this option. I read that I have to go into the Realtek HD Audio Manager and uncheck a box that disables the left aux jack, but when I have these audio drivers installed I CANNOT open the Realtek HD Audio Manager. When I download the latest Realtek drivers from the Realtek website, the cutting out/shifting issue is fixed, but then I cannot connect my headset mic (Windows does not recognize it and it does not show up in the Sound Control Panel). With these drivers installed, I CAN open the Realtek HD Audio Manager. The issue is that, with the 'default' Realtek audio drivers (the ones that are automatically installed in the Device Manager), my audio through both my computer mic and headset mic is constantly cutting out and shifting in volume. I just updated to the most recent version of Windows 10 and yet my issue persists. Originally I though this was a problem with the headset, but it is actually an issue with the Realtek Audio Drivers and with Windows 10.
